Monthly Retainer
$5,000 – $10,000
A fixed monthly fee covering the initial roadmap phase. We get up to speed on your business, assess your position, and build the strategic plan.
This keeps us your unbiased advocate — with the protective paranoia needed to manage a high-stakes sale.
Value Realization Fee
1.0 – 1.5%
Applied only to the value delta between your baseline valuation at engagement and your final exit price.
